Seen from above, arrival, house, terrace, hot tub and pool read as one continuous plan.
From above the sequence is one axis: drive, house, terrace, hot tub, pool. Nothing is stranded in a corner of leftover lawn. That is the test of a whole-property plan. A feature that only makes sense in a close-up is usually in the wrong place. Here each piece is visible in the arrival and usable from the rooms that face it.
